Bini Stefansky LMSW

Bini Stefansky LMSW is an honor roll graduate of Long Island University, New York. Her education began with a BSP (Bachelor in Science and Psychology) from Touro College followed by her BSSW (Bachelor in Science and Social Work) and completed graduate school with a MSW (Master in Social Work). It was only natural for Bini to enter the social work profession due to her passion and love for helping others. She's driven to contribute positivity to people’s lives. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication is the foundation to her practice enabling her clients to travel on their personal journey.

Racheli Freedman LCSW

Racheli Freedman LCSW earned her master’s degree at Wurzweiler School of Social Work and is licensed in the state of New York and Israel. She earned the Mu Omega Pi Alpha Honor Society award while achieving her BSW at Roberts Wesleyan College. Empowering to surpass challenges, providing support, and bringing out the best in her clients are three of the many goals in Racheli’s practice. As a clinician, some of the modalities Racheli uses in assisting her clients are sand tray therapy, art therapy, psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and EFT. Racheli has unique training to service victims of domestic violence and sexual trauma from the Center for Safety and Change. This training has given Racheli experience in crisis intervention, trauma response, and safety planning

Feeling wary about reaching out for help. Is this normal?

It’s totally normal to feel nervous about reaching out. Take a deep breath and give it a try! Although taking the first steps can be scary, give yourself the emotional care you deserve. Gift yourself with the opportunity for a brighter future.

In individual therapy, I feel privileged to hold your hand as you journey through personal growth and develop skills to navigate life's challenges. The personalized therapeutic relationship offers tremendous healing to clients allowing for a more positive future. The Clinique Experiences are uniquely facilitated to help members join together with others that share a similar struggle or life circumstance. You will gain practical coping skills, develop emotional intelligence, and an opportunity to receive and offer support. Know you’re not alone.

Racheli Freedman LCSW

Racheli is passionate about therapeutic group work. She has facilitated many group therapies with creative arts modalities. Her therapeutic art groups and journaling groups are helpful in processing emotions and self-discovery. Furthermore, as a certified personal trainer, Racheli integrates physical activity into mental health to create an all-encompassing treatment.

Today, Racheli assists people who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting confusion, and more. She helps her clients develop healthy self-esteem and inner motivation to create positive life changes. Racheli’s intuitive nature enables her to recognize each client’s challenge and helps them develop tools to surpass the tests in life.

Genuine care, sympathy, open-mindedness, and critical thinking are unique qualities Racheli brings to the therapeutic relationship. She is passionate about helping those in need and puts an emphasis on moving forward. Her enthusiastic and creative nature shines light and hope to her clients. Racheli’s goal as a therapist is to empower her clients to build a life of clarity, serenity, and happiness.

Bini services individuals of the English speaking community who are new to Israel. Her experience includes helping clients heal from past traumas, deal with the long hard days of anxiety or depression, and acclimate to new life circumstances. Bini has found great success in assisting clients adjust in new cultures, marriages, stages and schools. As a mental health expert, she’s committed to support and empower her clients to be the best individuals in their unique life stories.


Her holistic perspective enables her to understand individuals within the context of their dynamic environment. She is committed to working with clients each as a unique person, containing their own narrative, avoiding the limitations of diagnostic labels.

 

Bini views therapy as a collaborative effort—she feels privileged to accompany you on your path of self-improvement. She is dedicated to establishing a safe and trusting relationship for optimal healing and growth.
